One of our major classroom goals is to improve our reading skills in both the areas of fluency & comprehension. Students & parents are working to help meet this goal by participating in oral reading for 15 min. each weeknight. Students record their participation in a reading log. Once every student completes 25 nights of reading, we will celebrate with a class party including teachers, students, & parents.
